The committee

The network committee comprises members of staff from across the Collegiate University and affiliated institutions. Committee members volunteer their time independently from their roles in the University. The committee typically meets once per month via video call.

Natalie is a Senior Safety Business Partner in the Safety Office; her outreach role is to support colleagues with safety-related roles across the University. She previously worked at the Wellcome Sanger Institute, where she was Co-Lead for the LGBTQ+ Staff network for three years.

Kathryn is a postgraduate administrator in the Clinical School, and when not working at the University they are a writer and musician.

Ellie is a PhD student in Medical Research based at the Cambridge Institute for Medical Research, the Institute of Metabolic Science and AstraZeneca, working on mechanisms of insulin resistance.

Duncan is a scientist at the University, studying brain development in childhood, based in Psychiatry and the MRC Cognition and Brain Sciences Unit.

Rosa's current role at the University is receptionist / admin assistant at the Faculty of Asian and Middle Eastern Studies.

Ian is a Content Team Lead at Cambridge University Press & Assessment and acts as a liaison with the CUP&A Pride Network. He has curated two exhibitions about LGBTQ+ history and is obsessed with queer cinema.
